It is very easy to put a complaint email together, but when a service has been truly outstanding I feel it is important to write to say so, please do use any comments I make for publicity purposes. I have used your website 3 times now and every time the service has been superb because: -The site is very easy to navigate -There are plenty of products to choose from -The prices are very reasonable -The samples are great, especially as you can select which ones you would like to try and if you just want a general selection you can make that option. -The speed of delivery is excellent, I ordered at 9pm on Monday and the products arrived Wednesday -The packaging is more than adequate to protect the goods -You get reward points on every order which you can redeem at the time or save -You can see and amend your account and order details very easily. All in all very convenient, the only downfall is that Dermalogica products are so long lasting I don't have to use your site very often! In particular I would like to say that I made an order once and later in the day I realised I had ordered the wrong product, it was very easy for me to send an email to ask you to change it, which you did.
