Dear All at Pure Beauty, I’ve been ordering your dermalogica products for my daughter for several years and thought I’d also start using them. In August this year, I rang your Salon and spoke to Susan who was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. Susan suggested some free sample for me to try which arrived almost by return post, thank you. I placed my first online order on 14th October and was pleased to receive the three products and samples on 16th! What amazing service, once again, thank you all very much. I’d also like to thank Becky for packing my order and to mention the fantastic recyclable packaging, brilliant! Thank you all again.
Hi, Just to let you know that I have today returned the incorrect item you sent me. The little tag on the outside of the box was already split. I did not open the box as realised straight away the product was not the correct one. I was not very impressed that I was sent the incorrect item, especially since it was my first order with you and was only one item. However, saying that, mistakes do happen. I personally feel that it is a true test of a company's customer service in how they resolve a mistake. I can't remember the name of the lady who I spoke to, but she was lovely and very helpful. The name Susan comes to mind, but I could have just made that up. The lady not only apologised but arranged for the correct product and returns label to be sent out straight away. She could also see that it was my first order and added the £5 credit to my account. Also, to my surprise, I received a couple of extra mini goodies. Needless to say I was thrilled with the customer service and would like to thank you for sorting out the matter. Take care and have a happy day.
I just wanted to say how impressed I am with your organisation. I was lucky enough to be the winner of the £50 voucher last month and am over the moon!!!!! I had trouble on my laptop setting my voucher against my order (found out that it was my laptop as it worked perfectly on my phone!) and it had been noted that I was having trouble allocating the voucher and that in the end I managed to get it to work. Following on from that I received a wonderful voicemail from yourselves to ask if I had sorted everything out and if there was anything that you could do. Been using Pure Beauty for about 8 years and watched their growth. They are still as professional as ever, innovative with the 25% off on two different products a week on Dermalogica as well as six with 10%, which is great and the added bonus of free 'travel size' products (when on promotion) dependent on your spend, and as always free samples and an extra 5% off your total and not forgetting the added bonus you collect points as you spend. The website is easy to use, there are no complicated log-in procedures at the last moment, and the service is second to none. And you get loads of free samples to try/use when you travel. What's not to like?
