  • Orders over £150.00 and below £250.00 to UK addresses are sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery for FREE!
  • Orders over £250.00 to UK addresses are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day) for FREE!
  • Orders to EEA countries are sent by using Premium Delivery Services by Royal Mail and respective national carriers.

When do we send your parcels?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a day or two of receipt of the order. We are afriad that no orders are dispatched on a weekend or public bank holiday.

How do we send your parcels?

At Pure Beauty our shipping is handled by Royal Mail and other UK National Couriers. We only send parcels by Premium Delivery Services, to ensure that your Dermalogica and Decleor Products are with you at the earliest opportunity and can be tracked when they arrive at your selected delivery address.

How much do we charge you?

If you live in the UK and you spend over £50.00 - we don't charge you at all. If you live in the EU then we charge you in the same way we are charged - by weight - we thinks it's only fair.

Delivery Addresses

It is critically important that the full delivery address is entered correctly including the correct postcode. Our parcel carriers will not consider compensation for items lost unless the delivery address and postcode are 100% correct.

Pure Beauty cannot be held responsible for items lost where an incorrect delivery address has been provided.

Next Day Delivery Definition

All of our Next Day Delivery Services are upgrades to our standard delivery options. Where we stipulate and charge for a Next Day Delivery we are guaranteeing the following, which is based upon the service standards provided to us by the company used to deliver your goods:

Next Day Delivery services will arrive at the chosen delivery address the next working delivery day, as stipulated by the company used to deliver the goods, following dispatch of your order providing all address details are 100% accurate and correct.

Whilst we always aim to process all orders received Monday to Friday within a day or two, it may not always be possible due to many reasons which are beyond our control. We will always endeavour to notify our customers via email is this is the case. Where we stipulate and charge for a Next Day Delivery we cannot guarantee that your order will be processed that day and arrive the Next Day. It in no way implies that your order will be processed ahead of other orders or with special priority.
