Terms and Conditions

Please read the following carefully. Your use of the Pure Beauty Web Site ("") and purchase of the products (or services) ("Products") on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms").

Shopping with Pure Beauty

When you place an Order for a Product ("Order") you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.



You must pay for your Order before it is dispatched and you can do so by credit card, debit card or PayPal. We do not accept payment via Cheque or Postal Order.

Credit and Debit Cards

Stored Card Details

If you choose to Store your Card Details to enable faster payment with us when placing future orders the following will take place:
  • When placing your order you may choose to Store Card Details with us for future orders. If you choose to do this you will be taken through the payment process as normal but our Payment Providers with whom we offer this service will store the details on their servers in an encrypted Token.
  • The Payment Provider will then tell us they have your Card Details stored in the Token and will provide us with the details of the Token (it's Unique ID, the last 4 Digits of your Card Number, the Card Type and the Expiry Date).
  • When placing any furture orders we will provde you with a list of any Cards you have chosen to store with us on the final page of ordering and you will be able to choose to use that card, or use a different one, to pay for that order. If you choose to use the stored card you will be taken directly for payment and you will not need to enter any details in order to use that card.
  • Any Cards you have chosen to save when placing orders with us will be listed with your account and you remove them at any time.
  • We will check the system monthly to see if any cards have expired at which point we will delete them from the system and they will be unavailable for you to use after this point.
  • There is no charge to you to use this service.


Shipping and Delivery

Lost Orders

From time to time orders are mislaid by our couriers, and whilst this is a very rare occurrence, we do depend on our customers to help us as much as reasonably possible. We take our responsibilites as a distance seller very serioulsy and in order that we may replace the items we do have to receive either an electronic or physical copy of our Denial Of Receipt Document that we will send to you under these cirucmstances. As soon as we receive the Denail Of Receipt Document we will then instantly be able to process the replacement order. We will not be able to replace any missing products without the receipt of the Denial Of Receipt Document.

Pure Beauty makes a commitment to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Marketing Communications


We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.

  1. Unwanted Products

    • Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an Order with the Pure Beauty Web Sites. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 30 days of Ordering, with the despatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P).
    • We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier.
    • You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.
    • Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. Products excluded such as these are clearly marked on the product information page.
    • This does not affect your statutory rights.
    • We reserve the right to deduct the Postage and Packaging Cost incurred by us when Free Shipping was available on your order.

  2. Faulty Products

    • We try to select, produce and package the Products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you Ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the Product to us at the postal address in our Contact Us section within 30 days of receipt.
    • In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. We will provide you with a prepaid return label which must be used to return the items and can be used within any UK Post Office. We cannot refund any costs incurred or if you have been incorrectly charged.

  3. Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products

    • Please contact us by telephone using our number in our Contact Us section or email us at the address below to inform us of your wish to return Products:

    • We will allocate you with a Returns Code which should be included with the package to improve processing of your return.
    • We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery).
    • You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us.
