Orders

How do we process your orders?

Here is an overview of how orders work from beginning to end. There's some advice for you and a guide to what we do when we receive your order. So here's how it's done.

Your Part

Create an Account

You are welcome to browse our site for as long as you need to - browse our products, read the comprehensive information, add items to your basket. You don't need to register for this. Only if you want to buy do you need to register by clicking Create Account. Complete all of the details and click the Continue button. You will then be sent an email confirming your registration. Now you can buy.

Find what you want to buy

The next things is to find what you're looking for. This can be done in many ways:

If you need further information on any of the product click on the product name or image and you will then be taken to the Product Details page. Here you will find all of the information you need relating to the product including

Add to your Basket

When you have found the products you want to by click the Add to basket button. You will then be taken to your Basket. Here you can buy more of the product by changing the amount in the Quantity (Qty) box and clicking Update Basket. If you want to add more products you can use the Continue Shopping button to be taken back to the list you had previously.

Checkout

Once you have added the products and quantities you want to your basket (click on View Basket link if not in your basket), then click Checkout Now button. If you're not logged in you will be asked to do so, and then you will be asked to select a Delivery address. Your Billing address will be shown (along with any other previous Delivery addresses - select the address you would like the items to go to) and selected by default and to use this address click the Use the selected Address button. If you want to add another Delivery address then click the Add New Address link. You will then need to select your preferred delivery method and once this has been done you will then be taken to the Order Confirmation page. Here you will need to complete the following:

  1. Discount Code:

    If you have a discount code the enter it into the Discount Code box and click the Get Discount button. This will apply any discount to your order.
  2. Confirm Products:

    Review the items and quantities you are ordering. If you wish to change them at this point either click the View basket or Change Order buttons.
  3. Payment Method:

    Choose your method of payment from the options provided. You will then be transferred to one of our payment providers where you will need to fill in all of your card details. We are afraid that we do not accept payment by cheque. If you wish to pay by card but you don't want to use one of our payment providers then please all us (our number can be found in our Contact Us section) and we can process the payment over the phone.
  4. Confirm Order:

    If everything is OK then tick the box I agree to Terms (make sure you've read them first!) and then click the Confirm Order Now button.

That's it. If paying by card you will have to complete the payment procedure then you're done. Now it's up to us.

Our Part

As soon as we receive your order we begin the processing. It's all very simple and straight forward and you'll be kept up to date during the whole time.

  1. Receive Order

    We aim to process all orders as soon as possible. Orders received over the weekend will be processed at the begining of the following working week. We collate all of the orders up until that point and check stock availability. We then process each order individually. All of the items are picked, packaged and stored ready for shipping. If any items are temporarily out of stock you will receive an Order Update email letting you know.
  2. Dispatch Order

    Each week day our delivery partners collect all of the parcels. Each parcel is sent using Premium Delivery Services. You will then receive an Order Update email letting you know your order has been dispatched.
  3. Complete Order

    When we receive confirmation of delivery then you will then receive an Order Update email letting you know that the order is complete.

That's it. Very simple and straight forward. There are two other stages that you need to be aware of and these are covered in detail in our Returns and Cancellations sections.
