Time to slow down and concentrate on me time. Have used the stone to calm and relax, promoting great quality sleep. Using the stone on evenings when I need more rest than zest (when I give myself a facial massage with plenty to uplift action - using replenish oil). Replenish works really well with the stone when I ran out of serum sachets.

Great for facial massage and really relaxing. I use it as a method of relaxing my jaw muscles to relieve night time jaw clenching.
Had to get used to using it properly but think it had improved my skin
Does exactly what it says, eases tension in muscles.
