How to use Hayo'u Nephrite Compress

1. We recommend using it as a hot or cold compress for optimum benefits. 

2. Hot: Sit the crystal compress tool in hot water for 1 to 3 minutes and use while warm to improve circulation, relax and soothe the skin. 

3. Cold: Submerge in cold water for 3 to 5 minutes to reduce skin redness, puffiness and reduce open pores.

4. Use the rounded edge of the device and rub it from the top of the neck to the bottom, do around around six strokes with a firm pressure.

5. Next, work in an upward motion in the contours of the face, including the cheeks and the forehead.

6. We recommend using the tool for one minute.
