How to use Skin Abode Cryo Queen Ice Roller

1. Cleanse face as part of your normal routine, and apply your favourite serum, oil, moisturiser or beauty product.
   
2. Remove Cryo Queen from the fridge or freezer (allow roller to sit for 5 minutes out of freezer before use). 
3. Using the wider roller start with the chin, rolling outwards with long strokes towards the lymphatic drainage points.
   
4. Replicate the same on the centre of the face and the forehead. 
5. Using the narrow roller, target harder to reach areas such as around the eyes and the brow bone.
