Placing an Order Quickly
There are several ways to speed up the ordering process:
- Use our Quick Order list which shows all of the products and samples that can be found on our site. It simpy shows the Product Name and the Add to Basket button. The list is very long and can be categorised by using the Filter by Category drop down list at the top of the page.(Back to the top )
- If you are logged in to your account then there is a personalised Quick Order list which shows only the items you have ordered from us in the past. The Quick Order link can be found in the My Account section when logged in.
- If you are logged in then there is a personalised list which is available called My Favourites. Simply click on the link in the My Account section when logged in. This will show the top 10 products you have ordered from us but a full list is available by clicking on the View All link at the bottom of the My Favourites section.
- You can Repeat any orders you have placed in the past. Simply click on the Order History link in the My Account section when logged in. Click on the Repeat link for the corresponding order that you would like to repeat.
Redeeming Customer Reward Points
Simply press the 'Use My Points!' button at the top of the final page of ordering - 'Checkout 3/3'. This will then allocate your points and reduce your order value accordingly before payment. Please note that if you then do no proceed directly to payment you must remember to press the button again when you come back to this page. (Back to the top )
