Hi, Just to say Thank you for the excellent and consistently high quality customer service from placing my order to receiving the goods packed so well always arriving in perfect condition. I always order from Pure Beauty without any hesitation and now never look anywhere else. I like the idea that you can pick your own samples also the fact that on a Wednesday the news letter arrives with the info of the product on special offer that week. When I placed my order last time I was in a bit of a rush and ordered the wrong sun product. My mistake, only after it arrived did I realise this which of course was next day. A prompt check on your webpage and I find that it can be returned and exchanged which I did immediately, my exchange arrived promptly.....................So thank you all very much I will not make the same mistake again I will always double check.
Hello, I used your company for the first time yesterday, and just wanted to give you some feedback. The email communication was excellent, confirming the order placed, and then within an hour or so confirming that the order was dispatched. The Dermalogica Foundation arrived today by recorded delivery, which well packaged and with some free samples, which was a lovely touch. From start to finish my experience has been excellent.
