  • We send every parcel in the UK First Class Recorded Delivery and if you spend over £60.00 we'll send it FREE!

  • If you spend over £100.00 in the UK we'll send it Guaranteed Next (Working) Day Delivery for FREE!

  • All of our international shipping is sent via 'Airmail Airsure' or 'Airmail International Recorded Signed For' with priority handling in the UK and in the destination country!

How do we send your parcels?

At Pure Beauty all of our shipping is handled by Royal Mail in the UK and the respective national carrier in the destination country. We only send parcels by Recorded or Special Delivery in the UK and either Airmail Airsure or Airmail International Recorded to other countries, to ensure that your items are with you at the earliest opportunity and can be traced when they arrive at your selected delivery address. An overview of our shipping costs and expected delivery times is given below.

How much do we charge you?

We are unique in the fact that we charge you in the same way we are charged - we thinks it's only fair. We charge you by weight - which is how Royal Mail charge us. The price for each weight band is given below for the delivery type.

Delivery Addresses

It is critically important that the full delivery address is entered correctly including the correct postcode. Royal Mail will not consider compensation for items lost unless the delivery address and postcode are 100% correct.

Pure Beauty cannot be held responsible for items lost where an incorrect delivery address has been provided.
