Dermalogica Solar Defence Booster is a daily-use, broad spectrum sunblock that can be used alone, or mixed with your favourite Dermalogica moisturiser or foundation. Formulated with the optimum blend of sunscreens, including Avobenzone, to help protect against the UVA, UVB and Infra-red rays that can cause deeper dermal damage. Vitamins A, C and E, help further protect against premature ageing.

Application Dermalogica Recommended Application
  1. For daily sun protection, mix equal amounts of Dermalogica Solar Defence Booster and prescribed Dermalogica Moisturiser or Dermalogica Treatment Foundation in palm of hand.
  2. Apply to face in smooth, upward strokes.
  3. May also be applied directly to the face for maximum SPF30 protection.
Contraindications Contraindications
For external use only, not to be swallowed. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, flush thoroughly with water. If irritation develops, discontinue use. Do not use on infants under 6 months old.

'Product review 5 stars Excellent I can’t praise Dermalogica Solar Defence Booster SPF 30 (50ml) and Dermalogica Ultra Sensitive Faceblock SPF 25enough. I really don’t know how I managed to live without these two products,very light moisture not oily mix it with my moisturiser and use it every day. I suffer from quite severe episodes of Rosacea and wear a high SPF 30 and sometimes a 50 all year around which can be very heavy with most of the other products on the market. I am very aware that I cannot eat or drink certain foods, we live on a Greek island from April to Sept/Oct time lots of sun, which is another no no for anyone who has the condition will know only too well, I am never without my Tilley hat (SPF 50) to shade my face during the day and when I swim I have a Boone hat (SPF40). Dermalogica sun products have been my saviour I use them in conjunction with the Dermalogica calming system the only products which I have ever tried that have actually worked and kept my skin looking good all year around they have made my skin so much better. Yes I still need to wear my hats in the sun and watch what I eat, but thanks to Dermalogica I have a clear completion again. -'

'I have been using the Solar Defence Booster under my Active Moist everyday for the past year and I couldn't live without it now. It provides that little extra moisture before the active moist to prepare my skin for makeup but also great knowing that it's protecting my skin against weather conditions and UV rays! It's so light and not oily at all!'

'This remarkable product was recommended to me by my mum a few years ago - she told me it "saved her life" during a bike ride with friends one summer when they found themselves on a long open road in blazing heat. So I tried it - and can confirm that it's marvellous - it works! I have sensitive skin but have suffered no sunburn since using it. In fact, I would never go out in the sun without it or use any other sun screen product on my face.
