Find it cheaper and we'll double the difference - what more could you want?

We believe in giving the best value for money for our Dermalogica products and we promise that if you can find an identical product sold cheaper elsewhere we will give you back double the difference.

Claiming your 'Double the Difference'

If you want to claim your double the difference then please email shop@pure-beauty.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your Pure Beauty Order Number with the product on you have purchased.
  • A link to the product on the other site.

As soon as we receive your email we will investigate and get back to you and credit your account with the appropriate amount of Reward Points .

What else should you know?

There are a few things you need to be aware of when claiming your 'Double the Difference':

  • The seller must be a Dermalogica Authorised Retailer. Dermalogica products that are being illeagaly sold on auction sites or via any other method will not be accepted.
  • The Dermalogica product must be identical in all ways including (but not exlusive to) size, quality, age and stock availability.
  • The Dermalogica product must be for sale under identical circumstances as it is on Pure Beauty:
    • The price must be inclusive of V.A.T.. Please note that companies selling from the Channel Islands are not subject to UK V. A. T. and therefore do not qualify.
    • The Dermalogica product must be for sale by a UK based supplier.
    • The products price must be in Sterling (£).
  • The price must be the usual price charged and not a special offer, not included in any discount offer and not an incorrect data entry on behalf of the supplier.
  • The product and the cost of shipping the product will be inlcuded in the comparison to ensure sites that load the shipping costs can be compared fairly.
  • If you have qualified for superior shipping method from us then we will take this into account when investigating your claim.
  • Your 'Double the Difference' will be allocated in Reward Points and cannot be given in any form.
