They have stated the following:

“Dermalogica Clearing Skin Wash cannot be sold or made available on-line. This will include all formulations of Dermalogica Clearing Skin Wash from Samples to retail sizes to availability in Skin Kits. A direct consultation including Face Mapping skin analysis and recommendation by a qualified skin therapist who has attended training for the mediBac category is imperative to ensure a need is clearly diagnosed.”

This follows from the fact that many users of Dermalogica Antibac Skin Wash, which was discontinued last year, switched to the new Dermalogica Clearing Skin Wash without prescription from a trained Skincare Specialist, and although the majority were okay with the product, a small number of people did receive an adverse reaction.
